Weltec BioPower sells two biogas plants
Following the market entry in France in 2009 with the establishment of two biogas plants, Weltec BioPower has received two further orders from the neighbouring country.
New WELtec Biogas Plant in Czech Republic operational
WELtec BioPower established a biogas plant in Liberec, Northern Bohemi. The plant will be fed with maize, manure, and grass silage. The 1.2-million-euro plant is operational since january 2010.
WELtec enters China Market
A Chinese investor has engaged WELtec BioPower GmbH from Vechta for the setup of a biogas plant. Construction work is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2010.
Weltec Biopower builds biogas park in Arneburg
In the second quarter 2010, WELtec BioPower will start building one of Europe‘s largest biogas plants in Arneburg, Stendal district, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. From 2011 on, more than 350 million cubic feet of biomethane (more than 35,000 cubit feet/hour) will be produced every year.

Bredenoord delivers 50th biogas aggregate
Within four years Bredenoord succesfully delivers its 50th biogas aggregate. Between April 2005 and October 2009 the company deliverd 50 biogas aggregates. They vary in capacity between 190 and 800 kWe.
WELtec-Biogaspark in Könnern now Online
The biogas park in Könnern, Saxony-Anhalt, has been feeding biomethane into the public natural gas network since September 21st. The construction work started in July 2008 and was completed according to schedule, allowing the park to be commissioned punctually.
WELtec BioPower Builds First Biogas Plant in Finland
Vechta-based WELtec BioPower GmbH received an order for the establishment of a biogas plant from a Finnish farmer who will produce biogas in cooperation with a waste disposal provider. The 600-kW plant will be erected in Niittylahti in south-east Finland.
